How many friends can I refer?

As many as you like! There’s no limit. When your friend places their first order of A$100 or more, you’ll both receive A$20 off – your friend on their first order, and you on your next. Everybody wins!

Will I earn points when I order a custom design?

Yes, you will! You’ll earn 1 point for every A$1 spent, including any custom design orders.

How many reviews can I write?

You can write a review for each different product you purchase. You’re also welcome to leave a review about your overall experience with us – especially if we’ve worked on a custom project together. We’d love to hear what you think!

Do I get birthday points every year or just once?

You’ll receive birthday points every year – it’s our little way of celebrating you annually.

Will KC ever charge for a subscription?

If we ever introduce a paid subscription, it will be completely optional. For now, we’re loving the simplicity of our free KC Rewards – no fees, just perks.

If I buy gift cards, will I earn points?

No, points are not awarded for gift card purchases – but the person who redeems the card can earn points on their order.
