💳 What can I use a KC Gift Card for?
On any product or service available on our website – including Custom Design Orders.
🌏 What currency are KC Gift Cards in?
All gift cards are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If the recipient is overseas, the value will be converted at checkout based on current exchange rates.
🎁 What happens if I don't add a personalised message?
We’ll include a generic message with the gift card email.
📩 How will the gift card be delivered?
KC Gift Cards are sent via email to the recipient’s email address immediately after purchase.
🛍️ How are gift cards redeemed?
At checkout, click “Redeem a gift card” and enter your unique gift card code.
💸 What if my purchase is less than the card value?
No problem! The remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used later.

You’ll be prompted to pay the difference using any regular payment method.

KC Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
