1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, receiving, activating, or using a KC E-Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree, please do not use the card.

2. Use of Gift Cards

• KC E-Gift Cards can be redeemed for any product or service available on our website, including Custom Design Orders.

• Gift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD). If gifted to someone outside Australia, the value will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of redemption.

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards, but they can be purchased for personal use or as a gift for someone else.

• Gift Cards do not earn KC Rewards points and cannot be used with other discount offers unless specified.

• You’ll have the option to include a personalised message when purchasing a gift card. If this is left blank, KC will, by default, include a generic message on your behalf.

3. Delivery & Activation

• Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient’s address provided at checkout.

• Cards are activated upon successful payment and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

• Please double-check the recipient's email address before finalising your order. KC is not responsible for misdelivery due to incorrect email details.

4. KC Passport or Subscription Recommended

To get the most out of your Gift Card, including receiving digital files and personalised updates, we recommend subscribing to our email list or signing up for a KC Passport. It’s free and helps us deliver your order seamlessly.

5. How to Use a KC Gift Card

• During checkout, the recipient will click "Redeem a gift card" and enter their unique gift card code.

• If the total purchase is less than the gift card's value, the remaining balance will be saved and can be used on future purchases.

• If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card's value, the balance can be paid using another payment method accepted at checkout.

6. Lost or Misdelivered Cards

• Treat your Gift Card like cash. KC is not liable for lost, stolen, deleted, or forwarded cards.

• We cannot reissue or refund Gift Cards that have already been emailed to the recipient if they were incorrectly entered.

7. Checking Balances

• To check your card balance or transaction history, email info@krushellcreations.com with your Gift Card code.

8. Refunds & Returns

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law.

• Purchases made using Gift Cards are subject to our standard returns and refund policy.

9. Fraud & Cancellation

• KC reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card or transaction suspected of being fraudulent or misused.

 

10. Modifications to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

 

11. Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the NSW court system.
